Riboflavin is a vitamin product containing riboflavin (vitamin B2). It supplements the daily intake of vitamin B2.
Vitamin B2 contributes to:
- the maintenance of normal mucous membranes,
- the maintenance of normal vision and normal skin,
- the normal metabolism of iron and the maintenance of normal red blood cells,
- normal functioning of the nervous system,
- normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Recommended dosage: 1 tablet per day (drink with water).
