3-omega Premium extra contains extra pure fish oil from fish in the North Sea, with high doses of EPA (360 mg) and DHA (240 mg) in one capsule, in the form of triglycerides for high absorption.

The presence of heavy metals, herbicides and insecticides is strictly inspected.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. (For optimal effect, the recommended daily dosage is 250 mg EPA and DHA.)

DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. (For optimal effect, the recommended daily dosage is 250 mg DHA.)

Recommended dosage:

Adults: 1 – 2 capsules per day swallow or break up and wash with water.

Children from 3 years of age, pregnant and nursing women: 1 capsule per day swallow or break up and wash with water.
