Magnesium sleep comfort

Food supplement Magnesium Sleep Comfort contains a combination of active ingredients to support falling asleep and restful sleep*, such as:

  • melatonin
  • magnesium in the form of a magnesium bisglycinate complex
  • vitamin B6 in its biologically active form (pyridoxal-5-phosphate)
  • standardized lemon balm leaf extract 4–6:1

Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. They also help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended dosage: Adults should take 1 capsule daily, approximately 30 minutes before bedtime, with water.

Warnings: Take only before bedtime. Do not use before operating machinery or driving. Not suitable for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women.

¹ The beneficial effect is obtained with a consumption of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
² The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of at least 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for several days following arrival at the destination.
