This product contains the enzyme alpha-galactosidase, which contributes to the absorption of carbohydrates from food by reducing the fermentation process and preventing gas production after the consumption of food that cause bloating (beans, lentils, soybeans and soy-based products, cabbage, kale, cauliflower, broccoli etc.).

Recommended dosage: 1 – 3 tablets, swallow with food at the beginning of meal.
